Dennis Barker of Barker Builders has been in the business of providing buyers with a luxury home for over 30 years. Dennis has not only constructed numerous custom homes, he also has been involved in developing commercial sites as well. Dennis' homes scale the range of size and location. Michele Rininger of Ciara Custom Homes is a lifetime resident of New Palestine and has been building custom homes and condominiums for 16 years. She has built in Hancock, Shelby and Marion counties. She recently finished a condominium development in New Palestine and knows exactly what the condo buyers are looking for and what they need. Her family has been in the development and excavating business for many years and she brings a knowledge that extends from the early development stage all the way through to moving day.

Together these two builders bring over 46 years experience in the construction world to your table. Their team of sub contractors and suppliers have been with the builders for many years and they know the high quality demands these two builders expect from them.
